DISTRITO MUNICIPAL DE PRESTACION DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS DE GREENWOOD AVISO DE REUNION PUBLICA
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Greenwood Utility District (the “District”) will meet in regular session, open to the public at 6:15 P.M. on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2025, at 11702A Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas 77044 to review, authorize, discuss, consider and take action, as necessary, upon the following:
Par la presente se notifica que la Junta Directiva del Distrito de Servicios Publicos de Greenwood (el “Distrito”) se reunira en sesi6n regular, abierta al publico a las 6:15 P.M. el MIERCOLES 15 DE ENERO DE 2025, en 11702A Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas 77044 para revisar, autorizar, discutir, considerar y tomar medidas, segun sea necesario, sabre lo siguiente:
1. Public Comments;
2. Facilities jointly owned with Parkway Utility District, including:
a. Regional Wastewater Treatment Facilities (“RWWTF”), including:
1. RWWTF Expansion Project; and
ii. operations, including status of use of permitted capacity; and
b. Surface Water Transmission Facility (“SWTF”), including:
1. SWTF Project; and
ii. operations, including surface water consumption;
3. Minutes from November 19, 2024 special meeting and December 18, 2024 regular meeting;
4. Financial Advisor’s Report, including:
5. Constable’s Security Report, including monthly activities;
6. Matters related to security within the District, including update on security at Vireo Apartment Complex;
7. Detention Pond Maintenance Report;
8. Tax Assessor/Collector’s Report, including:
a. tax-related checks; and
b. status of collection of delinquent taxes and delinquent accounts and/or payment agreements;
9. Delinquent Tax Report;
10. Bookkeeper’s Repo1i, including:
a. financial reports; and
b. pay bills from various accounts;
11. Engineer’s Report, including:
a. Tidwell Lakes Subdivision, including:
1. residential and commercial construction;
11. annexation of Tidwell Lakes Sections 3, 5 and 6; and
111. Tidwell Lakes Wastewater Treatment Plant;
b. HmTis County’s drainage improvement projects; and
c. District Water Well No. 2;
12. Operator’s Report, including:
a. water plant operations; and
b. delinquent list of account;
13. Post-Issuance Tax-Exempt Debt Compliance Policies;
14. District’s website, including:
a. District newsletter; and
b. Customer Communications Policy;
15. District inspections by Directors;
16. Attorney’s Report, including:
a. authorize filing of financial and tax-related information with Texas Comptroller pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Sections 203.062 and 403.0241, for the Special Purpose District Public Information Database; and
b. matters concerning RES Development and Tidwell Wastewater Utilities, LLC;
17. ELECTION AGENDA
AGENDA ELECTORAL
a. Update on May 3, 2025 Directors Election matters, and take any necessary actions on same; and

18. Executive Session, as necessary:
a. as permitted by Chapter 551, Subchapter D, Texas Gov’t Code, concerning real estate, security, or matters involving attorney-client privilege;
b. reconvene in Open Session; and
c. vote on matters discussed in Executive Session, if any.
