PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT AGENDA OF SPECIAL MEETING

In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, take notice that the Board of Directors of Parkway Utility District will meet in special session open to the public at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, at 6:30 P.M. on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2018. At this meeting, the Board will consider and/or act upon the following:
1. Review Contract for Financial Advisory Services with Blitch Associates, Inc.;
2. Discuss financial advisory services and related District projects;
3. Review Project Management Agreement with Systems Project Management, L.L.C.; and
4. Discuss project management services and related District projects.
