Water Bill Payment

Municipal District Services (MDS) offers District customers the same convenient ways to pay their water bills as they currently have. Through an agreement with Compass Bank, residents have several choices to select from in addition to the traditional payment by check. Due Date & Late Fees

  • Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Late fees will be assessed on the 20th of each month.

3. Paying By Phone

Payment using a live representative; please call (855) 270-3592.

4. Paying Through Your Bank’s Bill Paying Services
  • Add “Your District Name as it appears on your bill” to the bill pay option through your bank
  • Add your account number for proper processing
  • Complete with the District’s Remittance address above
5. Paying at Your Local Supermarket
  • Pay at your local HEB and Kroger
    Present a payment coupon with the account number
    ($1.50 fee assessed for this service)
6. Paying at Walmart
  • Pay at your local Walmart
    Present a payment coupon with the account number
    ($1.00 fee assessed for 3-day delivery)
    ($1.50 fee assessed for overnight delivery)
7. Paying in Person – Office Locations

Pay in person at these MDS offices
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Pay with Check or Money Order – No Cash Accepted

8. Terminated Services

If your water service has been TERMINATED for NON-PAYMENT, you can use:

  • Credit Card
  • Pay at the nearest MDS Office with a cashier’s check or money order.
  • Pay at a grocery store or Walmart with cash.

Be sure to call Customer Care at (281) 290-6507 with the confirmation number to have your water service restored.

Water and Sewer Service Rates

The following monthly rates for the sale of water shall be in effect for each Separate Connection within the District from the effective date hereof until such time as the Board of Directors amends said rates. Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Late fees will be assessed on the 20th of each month.

The report is a summary of the quality of the water we provide our customers. The analysis was made by using the data from the most recent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) required tests and is presented in the downloadable report. We hope this information helps you become more knowledgeable about what’s in your drinking water.

Where do we get our water?

Our drinking water is obtained from surface and groundwater sources. Our water comes from the Evangeline aquifer and Lake Houston. A Source Water Susceptibility Assessment for your drinking water sources is currently being updated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and will be provided to us this year. The report will describe the susceptibility and types of constituents that may come into contact with your drinking water source based on human activities and natural conditions.

Trash and Recycling services to all Parkway Utility District residential customers is handled by Direct Waste Solutions.

Recycling

Direct Waste Solutions provides recycling services to ALL SUBDIVISIONS each Saturday.

Service Days

Trash pickup by Direct Waste Solutions for all sub-divisions is every Wednesday and Saturday. Heavy Trash day is every Saturday and will only be collected on Saturday.

Please place your trash bins at the curb and not on your sidewalks. This helps Direct Waste during the extreme heat and also allows for a quicker collection time.
