PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT AGENDA OF SPECIAL MEETING

In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, take notice that the Board of Directors of Parkway Utility District will meet in special session open to the public at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, at 6:30 P.M. on MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2018. At this meeting, the Board will consider and/or act upon the following:
1. Discuss general and bond counsel services and related District projects; and
2. Review Attorney Fee Agreement for General and Bond Counsel Services with Radcliffe Bobbitt Adams Polley PLLC.
