PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT AGENDA OF SPECIAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 6, 2018
In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, take notice that the Board of Directors of Parkway Utility District will meet in special session open to the public at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, at 6:30 P.M. on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2018. At this meeting, the Board will consider and/or act upon the following:
1. Discuss District facilities’ operation:
a. Sub-contractors and vendors used by District Operator;
b. Damage to District facilities, FEMA and insurance claims; and
c. Billing and delinquency procedures.
