PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT AGENDA OF SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 28, 2018
In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, take notice that the Board of Directors of Parkway Utility District (“Parkway”) will meet in special session, jointly with the Board of Directors of Greenwood Utility District (“Greenwood “), open to the public at 11702A Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas 77044, at 6:30 P.M. on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2018. At this meeting, the Board will consider and/or act upon the following:
1. Consideration of public comments;
2. Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, including:
a. Review draft budget for fiscal year ending (“FYE”) December 31, 2019;
b. Review operations, including fine screen;
c. Review wastewater treatment flows and capacity lease by Greenwood;
d. Status of evaluation of poorly drained areas near WWTP site; and
e. Status of WWTP design;
3. Surface Water Transmission Facility, including:
a. Review draft budget for FYE December 31, 2019;
b. Review operations, including process for delivery and treatment of water; and
c. Review proposal for surface waterline improvement project;
4. Discuss Harris County Tidwell Road Improvement Project;
5. Discuss proposed date for next joint meeting; and
6. Executive Session, as necessary:
a. As may be permitted by Sec. 551.072, Texas Gov’t Code, concerning real estate, security, or matters involving attorney-client privilege;
b. Reconvene in Open Session; and
c. Vote on matters discussed in Executive Session, if any.
