PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT AGENDA OF BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 21, 2019
In accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, take notice that the Board of Directors of Parkway Utility District will meet in special session open to the public at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, at 6:30 P.M. on MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2019. At this meeting, the Board will consider and/or act upon the following:
1. Discuss general and bond counsel services provided by Radcliffe Bobbitt Adams Polley PLLC; and
2. Review Amended and Restated Wastewater Treatment Plant Agreement with Greenwood Utility District.
