PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT MINUTES OF WORKSHOP MEETING
NOVEMBER 9, 2017
The Board of Directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Parkway Utility District (the “District”) met in workshop session, at 6:00 p.m., at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, on Thursday, November 9, 2017, pursuant to notice of said meeting posted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; whereupon the roll was called of the members of the Board, to-wit:
Brenda McNeil – President
Alphonso P. Rettig, Jr. – Vice President
Jennifer Balderas – Secretary
Ron Everhart – Assistant Secretary
Gloria M. Woods – Director
All members of the Board were present, except for Directors Balderas and Everhart. Also attending were Gary Syzek, System Projects Manager and all persons listed on the attached Attendance Roster.
Mr. Syzek welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Mr. Syzek then discussed street graffiti and vandalism that occurred in the District on Halloween.
NEXT MEETING DATE
Mr. Syzek informed those in attendance that due to the Christmas holiday, there will be no December meeting. The January 2018 crime watch workshop meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
