District Budgets (“Budgets”). The draft operating budget, regional wastewater treatment plant budget and surface water transmission facilities budget for fiscal year ending (“FYE”) 2018 were first presented to the Board. Discussion ensued regarding such budgets, including revisions to operations fees. In response to a question regarding operating reserve, Ms. Bailey reported that operating reserve is currently approximately seven (7) plus months. Ms. Bailey next reported that no consultants provided any changes to the joint facilities budgets.
Director McNeil thanked Ms. Bailey for the Bookkeeper’s service during the year and stated that she was glad to see the increase in operating reserve. Director McNeil also stated that she appreciates Ms. Bailey addressing the District’s concerns. Director Woods stated that she appreciates the Bookkeeper’s timely responses to the Board’s questions.
Ms. Bailey stated that McLennan & Associates would like to provide an appreciation dinner at the January 2018 regular meeting.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
