PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT MINUTES OF WORKSHOP MEETING
JANUARY 11, 2018
The Board of Directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Parkway Utility District (the “District”) met in workshop session, at 6:00 p.m., at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, on Thursday, January 11, 2018, pursuant to notice of said meeting posted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; whereupon the roll was called of the members of the Board, to-wit:
Brenda McNeil – President
Alphonso P. Rettig, Jr. – Vice President
Jennifer Balderas – Secretary
Ron Everhart – Assistant Secretary
Gloria M. Woods – Director
All members of the Board were present, except for Director Woods. Also attending were Gary Syzek, System Projects Manager, and all persons listed on the attached Attendance Roster.
Mr. Syzek welcomed everyone to the meeting and updated those in attendance regarding the Community Crime Watch 77044 Facebook page. Mr. Syzek also discussed tire thefts from vehicles in the area.
Mr. Syzek next reported that upon completion of traffic signal installation at Tidwell Road and Van Hut Lane, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held.
Mr. Syzek then discussed the Smart Park Precinct 1 project.
PATROL REPORT
Deputy Ganey presented the Patrol Report and responded to questions from those in attendance.
NEXT MEETING DATE
The next crime watch workshop meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, February 8, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
