PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT MINUTES OF WORKSHOP MEETING
MAY 10, 2018
The Board of Directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Parkway Utility District (the “District”) met in workshop session, at 6:00 p.m., at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, on Thursday, May 10, 2018, pursuant to notice of said meeting posted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; whereupon the roll was called of the members of the Board, to-wit:
Brenda McNeil – President
Alphonso P. Rettig, Jr. – Vice President
Jennifer Balderas – Secretary
Ron Everhart – Assistant Secretary
Gloria M. Woods – Director
All members of the Board were present, except for Directors Balderas and Everhart. Also attending were Gary Syzek of System Projects Management; Deputy Terry Ganey of the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct 3; and all persons listed on the attached Attendance Roster.
Mr. Syzek first welcomed everyone to the meeting and distributed Harris County Precinct 3’s Vacation Watch Request Form and See Something, Say Something Form, copies of which are attached hereto. Mr. Syzek explained that both forms are available on the Harris County Precinct 3 website. Mr. Syzek also distributed a petition seeking signatures to present to Harris County regarding traffic concerns along the Beltway 8 feeder roads.
PATROL REPORT.
Deputy Ganey presented the Patrol Report, a copy of which is attached hereto, and responded to questions from those in attendance.
NEXT MEETING DATE.
The next crime watch workshop meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. It was reported that a Sheldon Volunteer Fire Department representative will make a presentation at such meeting.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
