PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT MINUTES OF WORKSHOP MEETING
JUNE 14, 2018
The Board of Directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Parkway Utility District (the “District”) met in workshop session, at 6:00 p.m., at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, on Thursday, June 14, 2018, pursuant to notice of said meeting posted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; whereupon the roll was called of the members of the Board, to-wit:
Brenda McNeil – President
Alphonso P. Rettig, Jr. – Vice President
Jennifer Balderas – Secretary
Ron Everhart – Assistant Secretary
Gloria M. Woods – Director
All members of the Board were present, except for Director Woods. Also attending were Gary Syzek of System Projects Management; Sergeant Terry Ganey of the Harris County Constable’s Office, Precinct 3; and all persons listed on the attached Attendance Roster.
Mr. Syzek first reminded those in attendance that the official start date of hurricane season was June 1. Mr. Syzek then presented information regarding CenterPoint Energy’s Power Alert Service and where the eight-digit electric meter number can be found.
SHELDON VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT (“VFD”) HURRICANE PREPAREDNESS.
Chief Jose Munoz of the Sheldon VFD provided a hurricane preparedness presentation and discussed the importance of emergency evacuation plans.
Sergeant Ganey presented the Patrol Report, a copy of which is attached hereto, and responded to questions from those in attendance.

The next crime watch workshop meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, July 12, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
