PARKWAY UTILITY DISTRICT MINUTES OF WORKSHOP MEETING
DECEMBER 14, 2017
The Board of Directors (the “Board” or “Directors”) of Parkway Utility District (the “District”) met in workshop session, at 6:00 p.m., at the District’s office located at 12843 Tidwell Road, Houston, Texas, on Thursday, December 14, 2017, pursuant to notice of said meeting posted in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; whereupon the roll was called of the members of the Board, to-wit:
Brenda McNeil – President
Alphonso P. Rettig, Jr. – Vice President
Jennifer Balderas – Secretary
Ron Everhart – Assistant Secretary
Gloria M. Woods – Director
All members of the Board were present. Also attending were Gary Syzek, System Projects Manager and all persons listed on the attached Attendance Roster.
Mr. Syzek welcomed everyone to the meeting. Mr. Syzek noted that it was the first meeting since the District Administration Building (the “Building”) flooded during Hurricane Harvey and commended Director Rettig for his efforts in restoring the Building.
Mr. Syzek next provided an update regarding installation of traffic signals at the intersections of Tidwell Road and Deep Valley Lane and Tidwell Road and Van Hut Lane. Mr. Syzek discussed a ribbon cutting ceremony once installation of the traffic signals at Tidwell Road and Van Hut Lane are completed.
Deputy Ganey presented the Patrol Report and responded to questions from those in attendance.
NEXT MEETING DATE
The next crime watch workshop meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD, the meeting was adjourned.
