Effective immediately, the precautionary boil water order for Parkway UD has been rescinded. The City of Houston has deemed the water safe for consumption following required testing and sampling procedures set forth by TCEQ.
Please be advised that recycling will not be picked up on Saturday, February 20th. Recycling service will resume on Saturday, February 27th.
Trash service will still be picked up tomorrow. Due to high volumes, Direct Waste may not get to your home so leave it out for Sunday pick up. Thank you.
Please be advised that you may experience lower than normal water pressure during this extended freeze weather event due to high demand conditions. We are also currently making a freeze related repair to the water transmission facility that serves Parkway Utility District which is also contributing to lower than normal water pressure. We will be monitoring the water system operations closely during this storm event.
